Unintuitive time waster, I thought it would be fun

Seriously, who are these people giving this thing high ratings!? I have tried numerous music apps for the iPad and this one has by far the worst user experience of all of them.

The idea is that you have a bunch of circles on the screen and each one is a track, like a multi track recorder. You tap a circle to record, sing or talk into it or whatever, then tap it again and it stops. But it loops, ha Loopy I get it, over and over and makes up its own tempo. But how do I record a song? How do I control the tempo and time? Tempo requires you tap a circle until it guesses the tempo youre going for, but you cant control what it records, it just randomly lights up and sometimes doesnt and you cant edit what you recorded. I tried the tutorials but they do not really help. I managed to record some random sounds but could not get them to sync up or stick to 4/4 time, basic stuff. This was the opposite of having a good time, just trying to figure out basic recording. I gave up. Wasted my money on their one.
